Internet campaigns...

The power of the internet....

This item is from a blog that I follow....

Premiere Radio are running a campaign to get 100,000 people to sign a website stating that they are Christians. http://www.premier.org.uk/getinvolved/campaigns/iamachristian.aspx is in response to the National Secular Society's campaign to get 100,000 people to say they want to be unbaptised. The best bit is that you have to pay to be debaptised, at least we don't charge for the baptism in the first place! Reminds me of indulgences, and we didn't like them either!

Readers (if there are any) might be interested in taking a look at Mark Beach's site for the full posting.

Meanwhile, having caught up with various friends, I'm off to celebrate the first anniversary of being Rector of Saint Nicholas with lunch in a Lisburn Road cafe! Then, home communions for a couple of parishioners and some hospital visits. A normal day in parish life in Belfast - or anywhere else! I love it!!
