Here's a puzzle!

Side by side these tins on the supermarket shelf ... now sitting side by side in my cupboard ... the same manufacturer but different origins.  The Atlantic pilchards packed in Morocco and the Pacific example comes from Thailand!  Will the taste be different?  They were also the same price.
Either way ... they will be good mixed in with pasta and a little cheese grated on top, lightly grilled ... unless they end up on toast!
Today, Saturday, is time to open up Saint Nicholas' for tea and coffee.  I'm looking forward to seeing who will come in today.  It's a pleasant day and as I write the blackbirds and sparrows are having a wonderful time in the back garden.  There's a robin too ... but they're all moving around so quickly that getting a photograph through the window is proving to be rather difficult.  Maybe I'll just enjoy the entertainment.
From The Hebrew Prayer Book
Blessed art thou, O Lord our God, King of the Universe,
who hast created joy and gladness, bridegroom and bride,
mirth and exultation, pleasure and delight,
love, brotherhood, peace and fellowship.
Blessed art thou, O Lord, who makest the bridegroom to rejoice with the bride.
