Twenty days!

It's hard to believe ... Kenya ... back to work ... and now ... Christmas (almost)!  The days have flown past and the blog has been little more than a passing thought late at night!  So this is an attempt to return to the pattern and start posting regularly again.
Do we go back to try to do a day by day account of Kenya?  I think not!  There are photographs on the web site which will give something of an overview of the busy and enjoyable days there.

Getting Eliot back from kennels was good ... and now he's discovering that Christmas means gifts for him too.  He (or his owner) couldn't wait to open a gift that was hanging on the door handle this morning!  Eliot even had a card in it all to himself!

 You must admire his patience!  And he was rewarded with one of the meaty twists.  He loved it!

So life has returned to "normal" and in just a few hours it will be Christmas morning!
The animals are gathering in anticipation ...

Meanwhile ... there are a few things to do ... but at least the blog is back!  No doubt there'll be the odd reference back to Kenya ... and perhaps even a few photographs of Eliot!  After all, he is the "spoilt rotten dog" who controls the rectory ... and the rector!
