Wednesday night.

Sometimes the mutt decides to sit close to my knee ... and for a short while this morning that's just where he was ... so it was hard to resist a picture!  Well, I didn't resist.
Meanwhile the turtles dominate ... and the three empty wine bottles had their moment of glory ... like everything else that's come off the high shelf they had to be washed before being photographed!  There are still an awful lot of turtles that you've not yet seen!
The early morning light coming through the cloakroom window was just right (in my opinion) for the back light here.  Lay-Zee and Lay-About just happen to be on the windowsill there so they crept back into the picture.
Lay-Zee's injured arm is beyond my skills of repair so he still sports the cotton sling ... it rather looks as if the boys have had a night on the tiles!
Wednesday was the usual busy round of seeing people, celebration Holy Communion and attending choir practice this evening.  And still there's nothing much to report on the blog ...
There's some thinking to do ... a bit of reading ... and ... bed before midnight.
At the moment Eliot is sitting on the freshly cut grass in the cool evening ... at least it isn't raining so he's not going to return soaking wet!
Night night gentle reader ... chat to you tomorrow again!

Is this need for little sleep a family trait?

Lovely labels - I hope the wine was as good...

Lesley ... yes, it affects all of us!
The wine was good. I'd buy it again if I see it ... though two of these bottles were gifts and the other was won at a tombola.
