It's in the detail

Just one letter...a single letter typed carelessly and not checked carefully...and the whole e-mail comes bouncing back. 'Fatal error'. 'Unknown'. It was only ONE letter - but the information in that e-mail never arrived. At least, not that time. When the "h" was changed to a "b" all was well and off it went. Perhaps I should be grateful that it was returned with its 'fatal error' or I'd never have known that the information hadn't been received...
Technology is a useful tool - but subject to human limitations.
The other explanation might be that my spectacles need to be changed!

Now, one letter out in the ancient church could have led to schism and war - what was it homoousios and homoiousios?
