Then we were expecting a guest at the morning service so that meant an earlier start than usual to go to Saint Nicholas'. No photographs.
The guest didn't arrive! Still don't know why but the mystery should be solved in the morning when his secretary answers my e-mail. No photographs.
We had a lovely cup of tea (in the best china) after the service and everyone stayed around and chatted for ages. The craic was good and the fellowship fun. No photographs.
Lunch was a quick sandwich and then a wee snooze. No photographs.
Four o'clock we went to the Ordination to the Priesthood of Lynne and Jack. Afterwards the rain was dreadfully heavy. No photographs.
Now...
Paul decided that he was cooking our evening meal ... how kind is that! One photograph!
I really do appreciate his thoughtfulness. Maybe there'll be a picture of our dinner ... but the computer will be put away before that and this evening is going to be listening to Andrea on "Sounds Classical" and a very, very early night!
Maybe tomorrow there'll be more photographs ...
The Lord bless us and watch over us;
the Lord make his face shine upon us
and be gracious to us;
the Lord look kindly on us
and give us peace. Amen.
